THE PUSH IN NORDIC WALKING. ONLINE COURSE

DESCRIPTION:

No push means no Nordic Walking, actively pushing through the poles is what differentiates and defines Nordic Walking. In this course I will explain how we should push in order to avoid wasting energy but also injury risk.

  • The hands
  • The wrists
  • The arms
  • The shoulders

Course resources include theory video-presentation, explanatory videos, fact sheets with specific exercises and external resources.

Time needed to complete the course (estimated): 1,5 – 2 hours
