INFORMACIÓN SOBRE PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS
Conforme a los artículos 5 y 6 de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de Diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, por el que se regula el derecho de información y la solicitud del consentimiento para la recogida y tratamiento de datos personales, ponemos en su conocimiento que sus datos, están incluidos en ficheros automatizados, titularidad de CRISTINA GONZALEZ CASTRO que responden a la finalidad de servir de directorio de contactos con fines estadísticos o históricos o para facilitar la gestión administrativa y tareas propias desarrolladas por nuestra Entidad.
El tratamiento de dichos datos, se realizará con la máxima confidencialidad siendo nuestra Entidad, el destinatario único y exclusivo de los mismos, y no efectuando cesiones o comunicaciones a terceros al margen de las señaladas por la normativa vigente, y que puedan derivarse de las tareas propias desarrolladas por la empresa.
Para dejar de recibir envíos electrónicos comerciales, y/o ejercitar sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición, puede enviar un mail a esta misma dirección, acreditando su identidad, donde le informaremos del procedimiento a seguir, según los previsto en el artículo 25 del R.D. 1720/2007, del 21 de Diciembre.
